Ben with Morelia and Alain The juice is Copoazu, a brazilian fruit. The sauce is Aji, a Peruvian spicy sauce, and the plate is mostly made up of ensalada de palmito de chonta. It's actually the heart of a palm tree.
This was Ben's local specialty: land tortoise!
